lookr is an AI-powered outfit analysis service. Users upload photos of their outfits and receive scores, style feedback, tips, and personalized insights. The Service is available via our website as a freemium model with optional paid subscription (Pro).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using lookr, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

You can sign in using email OTP or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lookr.spot if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free and Pro Plans

lookr offers the following plans:

• Free: limited daily outfit checks, AI stylist questions, and style insights.
• Pro Monthly ($4.99/mo): unlimited outfit checks, unlimited AI stylist questions, unlimited style insights, and priority analysis speed.
• Pro Yearly ($19.99/yr): same Pro features with yearly billing at a discounted rate.

5. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. All prices are in USD.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant lookr a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your photos for marketing or share them publicly without your consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission.
• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions.

8. AI-Generated Content

Outfit scores, feedback, and style advice are generated by AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Results may vary and should not be considered professional fashion advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and AI models, is owned by lookr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@lookr.spot.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lookr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
