Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for lookr Pro subscriptions.

1. Subscription Plans

lookr offers two paid subscription options:

  • Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Pro Yearly: $19.99 per year, billed annually.

Both plans include unlimited outfit checks, unlimited AI stylist questions, unlimited style insights, and priority analysis speed.

2. Free Trial

lookr offers a free tier with limited daily usage. No payment is required to try the Service. We encourage you to use the free plan before subscribing to ensure the Service meets your needs.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your profile settings in the app. After cancellation:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Your account reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends.
  • Your analysis history and data are preserved.

4. Refund Policy

Since lookr is a digital service and provides immediate access to Pro features upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Technical issues: if a technical problem on our end prevented you from using Pro features for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Unauthorized charges: if a charge was made without your authorization.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@lookr.spot with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
